Moments Captured Pregnancy Ultrasound sonographers are not health care providers, and we do not provide obstetric sonograms, medical ultrasound exams, or prenatal testing for birth defects or health conditions such as Down syndrome or spina bifida. Pregnant women worried about chromosomal abnormalities or pregnancy complications such as ectopic pregnancy, please book an appointment with an obstetrician for prenatal care diagnostic tests and fetal ultrasound examinations.
